The Alpinestars Supertech R10 helmet combines advanced molding technology with a layered composite construction for superior strength and energy dissipation. Its outer shell features a high-density 3K carbon fiber layer, complemented by a uni-directional carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass layers, bonded with epoxy resin to optimize mechanical performance while maintaining a lightweight profile.
