We offer flat rate shipping of $10.00 per order. Orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping. Shipping rates and thresholds are subject to change.
Because we operate on a dropship model, orders may ship from multiple distributor locations and may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Estimated delivery times are provided by our carriers and distributors and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories unless specifically stated.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our return process. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at orders@madladsmoto.com with your order number.
Because many orders are transmitted to our distributors quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation even if requested promptly. We will do our best to stop the shipment but cannot guarantee it.
Products sold on madladsmoto.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. We do not offer an additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides.
If you receive a defective item, contact us at support@madladsmoto.com within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you and our supplier to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and the supplier's warranty terms.
