- Payment information: credit or debit card type, billing address, and other payment details. Note that Mad Lads Moto does not store your full payment card number. Payment data is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal), which maintain PCI DSS compliance. We do not have access to your full card number.
- Purchase data: your order history, items purchased, and transaction details.
- Communications content: messages you send us via contact forms, email, or customer support channels, including any feedback, questions, or complaints.
- Marketing preferences: your choices regarding email communications and promotional offers, including Los Homies Perdidos Motor Club membership information collected through our Omnisend signup form.
You may choose to voluntarily provide other information that we have not requested. Any additional information you provide is shared at your own risk.

A. Cookies

B. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

The Meta Pixel may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and conversion events such as purchases. C. Google Analytics

- Distributor partners for order fulfillment: when you place an order, we share your name, shipping address, and order details with the relevant distributor (Turn14, WPS, Automatic Distributors, Drag Specialties, or Parts Unlimited) solely to fulfill and ship your order. These partners are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.
- Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal receive the information necessary to process your payment. We do not store your full card number and do not share more information than is necessary.
- Email marketing platform: Omnisend receives your email address and marketing preferences to manage our email communications and the LHP Motor Club membership program. Phone numbers and SMS consent collected from consumers during opt-in will not be shared with or sold to third parties for promotional purposes.
- Analytics providers: Google Analytics receives aggregated, de-identified usage data about your visits to our site.
- Advertising platforms: Meta Platforms, Inc. receives pixel event data to support our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Shipping carriers: your name and shipping address are provided to carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others as applicable) to deliver your orders.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: we may disclose your information when required by law, in response to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mad Lads Moto, our customers, or others.
