Designed for optimal performance on Twin Cam engines, the S&S CYCLE Super Stock Cylinder Heads (Part Number 900-0251) are fully assembled with springs and valves, ensuring ready-to-install quality for your motorcycle upgrade. These heads are compatible with stock motors measuring from 88 inches to 103 inches but are especially suited for larger stroker or big bore engines up to 110 inches, providing a significant boost in power and response. The large 1.940-inch intake and 1.575-inch exhaust valves maintain high port velocity, promoting excellent low and midrange response while supporting increased airflow necessary for larger engines to reach their full potential.
The high-performance valve springs are designed to accommodate camshafts with up to .650-inch lift, allowing for advanced cam profiles and improved performance. The heads can be decked up to 0.060 inches to increase compression ratio, which enhances power output and efficiency. Compatibility with stock rocker boxes, exhaust, and intake manifolds makes installation straightforward without extensive modifications. Machined for compression releases sold separately, these heads are built to support high-performance upgrades. Their high port flow design delivers impressive performance now and provides room for future enhancements when additional modifications are made. Made in the USA, these cylinder heads are engineered for durability and precise fitment. Note that if higher TDC lift cams or decking are used, piston valve pockets will need re-machining. They do not include rocker arm components, intake manifold, or gaskets and should not be used with pistons featuring a pop-up dome. When using S&S compression releases, it is necessary to use S&S rocker boxes for proper fitment and function.
