Upgrade your Twin Cam engine with the S&S CYCLE Super Stock® Cylinder Heads, part number 90-1106, designed specifically for 1999 to 2005 Harley-Davidson models with a stock crankcase. These fully assembled heads come with springs and valves, ensuring an easy installation process. They are ideal for touring bikes and other heavy vehicles, especially when used on motors over 103 inches or equipped with high-compression pop-up pistons. The combustion chamber provides a slightly higher, yet manageable, compression ratio compared to stock heads, offering enhanced performance without sacrificing reliability. The large 2.000-inch intake and 1.605-inch exhaust valves maintain port velocity, ensuring excellent low and midrange response while supplying sufficient airflow for larger engines to reach their full performance potential. Features include S&S high-performance valve springs that accommodate camshafts with up to .650-inch lift, enabling more aggressive cam profiles for increased power. The intake ports flow 264 CFM, significantly outperforming stock heads at 182 CFM, resulting in improved airflow and combustion efficiency. These heads are compatible with stock rocker boxes, exhaust, and intake manifolds, making them straightforward to install with minimal modifications. The package includes the heads and four long headbolts, with the option to reuse four OEM long headbolts. Built in the USA, these heads provide durability and quality craftsmanship.
