The RENTHAL Twinwall® Handlebar (Part Number 996-01-PE-07-261) is engineered to deliver superior durability and control for motocross and off-road riders. Featuring a twinwall construction, it consists of two aluminum alloy tubes—an outer tube made from 7010-T73 aluminum with exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and anodized for corrosion protection, and an inner tube crafted from ultra-high strength 7010-T6 aluminum that is hard anodized to withstand wear from twist grips and controls. This design provides a combination of strength, lightweight performance, and resilience, making it ideal for demanding riding conditions. Rubber seals cover the ends of the outer tube to prevent water ingress and contamination, ensuring longevity and consistent performance. The handlebar is laser marked at the center for precise positioning and alignment, facilitating quick setup and adjustments. Additionally, each handlebar includes an injection-molded foam bar pad designed for enhanced protection and durability, adding a layer of safety during falls or impacts. Compatible with model-specific 1-1/8 inch bar mounts, this handlebar is suitable for bikes originally equipped with 7/8 inch bars, offering a seamless upgrade for increased strength and control.
