Constructed with twin aluminum alloy tubes, it features an outer tube made from 7010-T73 aluminum, which provides outstanding resistance to mechanical damage and is anodized to prevent corrosion. The inner tube is crafted from ultra-high strength 7010-T6 aluminum and is hard anodized to withstand wear from twist grips and controls, making it ideal for demanding riding conditions. Rubber seals at the ends of the outer tube keep water, mud, and cleaning fluids out, ensuring longevity and consistent performance during intense rides. The laser-etched marking in the middle of the handlebar allows for accurate positioning and easy adjustments. This handlebar includes an injection-molded foam bar pad, offering enhanced protection and increased durability for rider safety. Designed specifically for models originally equipped with 7/8-inch bars, it requires model-specific 1-1/8-inch bar mounts for a secure fit.
