The RENTHAL Twinwall® Handlebar 996 is engineered for high-performance motocross riding, specifically designed for models such as the Villopoto, Steward, and the 2019+ CRF series. Crafted with twinwall construction, this handlebar features two aluminum alloy tubes—an outer tube made from durable 7010-T73 aluminum and an inner tube from ultra high strength 7010-T6 aluminum—providing exceptional strength and impact resistance. The outer tube is anodized to prevent corrosion, ensuring longevity even in challenging riding conditions, while the hard anodized inner tube offers superior wear resistance from twist grips and controls.
Rubber seals at the ends of the outer tube effectively keep water, mud, and cleaning fluids out, maintaining optimal performance. The laser marking in the middle of the handlebar allows for precise positioning during installation, facilitating quick and accurate setup. Each handlebar is equipped with an injection molded foam bar pad designed for enhanced protection and increased durability, providing rider comfort and safety during intense riding sessions.
