The handlebars are CNC mandrel bent for precise fitment and incorporate wrist angles engineered for riding comfort, ensuring both style and functionality.
The patented Viking handlebar internal design guarantees easy wiring harness installation without sacrificing the clean aesthetic of your bike. Its novel creation creates enough space for the complete wiring harness, including factory vinyl coverings and terminal connections, to pass through effortlessly without chaffing. A unique flaring process produces a burr-free internal radius, providing additional clearance within the peak of the handlebar for simpler wiring routing. To facilitate installation, the bars are preloaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, allowing you to easily pull the wiring harness through the handlebar.
Crafted from high-quality materials, these Viking handlebars are built to last and compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutch systems. The 1-1/4 inch diameter center sections, 3-1/2 inch on-center knurling, and machined control mounts (not swaged) contribute to a secure fit and clean appearance. Burr-free internal wiring holes and electronic control slots further enhance ease of installation. The kit includes all necessary components such as throttle and idle cables or Throttle-By-Wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any switch or turn signal extensions needed.
