The innovative flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius with additional clearance, preventing chafing and ensuring a tidy look. To further streamline wiring, the bars come preloaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, enabling quick and easy wiring pull-through. Constructed with high-quality materials, these aggressive-looking Viking handlebars are compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutch systems. Features include machined control mounts (not swaged), 1-inch diameter center sections, 3-1/2 inch on-center knurling, burr-free internal wiring holes, and electronic control slots. The kit is comprehensive, containing throttle and idle cables or Throttle-By-Wire extensions, clutch cables or hydraulic lines, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch or turn signal extensions. All cables are designed for low effort and high efficiency, meeting or exceeding OEM specifications for fitment, durability, and performance.
Assembled in the USA, this handlebar kit is ideal for models originally equipped with 1-inch risers, such as Viking Bagger and Ape Hanger styles. Please note, models with larger handlebars will require riser replacement.
