The patented Viking handlebar internal design simplifies wiring installation by allowing complete wiring harnesses with factory vinyl coverings and terminal connections to pass through effortlessly. The unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius with additional clearance within the handlebar peak, reducing the risk of chaffing and making wiring setup easier. To further streamline installation, the kit includes preloaded E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving—simply insert the wiring harness and pull through for a hassle-free process.
Each kit includes the Viking handlebars, throttle and idle cables or Throttle-By-Wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and necessary switch or turn signal extensions. All cables are designed for low effort and high efficiency, meeting or exceeding OEM specifications for fitment, construction, and durability. The handlebars feature a 1-inch diameter center section with 3½-inch on-center knurling, machined control mounts (not swaged), and burr-free internal wiring holes and electronic control slots. Designed to work with 1-inch risers, these handlebars are ideal for Viking Bagger and Ape Hanger models.
