The innovative flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, providing generous clearance within the troublesome peak area, facilitating cleaner wiring runs and reducing chafing risks. Included preloaded E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving simplifies wiring installation—just insert the harness and pull through for a hassle-free setup. This handlebar is built with high-quality CNC mandrel bends that are smooth and round, machined control mounts for secure attachment, and burr-free internal wiring openings, including slots for electronic throttle control, all finished with a high luster coating that offers an excellent appearance. Its 1-1/4 inch diameter with a 1-inch center section and 3-1/2 inch on-center knurling makes it compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches. Please note that this handlebar is not compatible with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on certain models like the 883C and 1200C, and models with larger original handlebars will require riser modifications.
