The MAGNUM SHIELDING 4HB-2314 Viking Handlebar features a patented internal design that simplifies wiring harness installation while maintaining a sleek appearance. The innovative construction provides ample clearance within the handlebar peak, allowing factory-covered wiring harnesses, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves to pass through without chafing or interference. This design is achieved through a unique flaring process that creates burr-free internal radii, ensuring a smooth and generous pocket of space for wiring. To further ease installation, the handlebar comes preloaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, enabling quick and straightforward wiring feed-through by simply pulling the harness through the sleeving.
Constructed from high-quality materials, this handlebar boasts smooth, round CNC mandrel bends for precise shaping and durability. Machined control mounts replace traditional swaged options for enhanced strength and reliability, while burr-free internal wiring holes and electronic throttle control slots provide compatibility with a wide range of control systems. The handlebar's high luster finish adds an attractive appearance suitable for custom applications. Designed with a 1-1/4 inch diameter, it features a 1-inch center section with 3-1/2 inch on-center knurling, aligning with standard controls including hydraulic clutches. Please note that this handlebar is not compatible with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamps on certain models such as the 883C and 1200C, and models with larger handlebar diameters will require riser modifications. Compatible with 1-inch risers, this handlebar seamlessly integrates into custom builds for a clean, functional look and reliable performance.
