This thoughtful design creates additional clearance within the handlebar peak, thanks to a burr-free internal radius created through a unique flaring process, simplifying wiring setups and maintenance. The handlebar is preloaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, making wiring installation straightforward—just insert the harness into the sleeving and pull through, saving time and effort. Constructed with CNC mandrel bends, the bars feature smooth, round curves that enhance both durability and appearance. Machined control mounts replace traditional swaged options, providing precise fitment and longevity. The handlebar’s features include a 1-1/4 inch diameter with a 1-inch diameter center section, 3-1/2 inch on-center knurling, and compatibility with standard controls such as hydraulic clutches.
