The MAGNUM SHIELDING 4HB-2316 Viking Handlebar features a patented internal design that ensures effortless installation of complete wiring harnesses without compromising the sleek appearance of your motorcycle's peak. The innovative design provides ample space for wiring with factory vinyl coverings, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves to pass through smoothly without chafing or damage. This is achieved through a unique flaring process that creates a burr-free internal radius, offering extra clearance within the handlebar peak for easier wiring setup. To further simplify installation, the handlebar is preloaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, allowing you to insert and pull the wiring harness through with ease, saving time and reducing frustration. Constructed with high-quality materials, the handlebar boasts smooth, round CNC mandrel bends for precise shaping, machined control mounts for durability, burr-free internal wiring holes, and dedicated slots for electronic throttle controls. Its high luster finish not only enhances appearance but also ensures resistance to corrosion and wear. Designed with a 1-1/4 inch diameter and a 1-inch diameter center section, the handlebar features a 3-1/2 inch on-center knurling pattern compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches. Please note that this handlebar is not suitable for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mounts on certain models like the 883C and 1200C. Viking handlebars have a 1-inch diameter center section and fit 1-inch risers; models originally equipped with larger handlebars will require riser replacements with a 1-inch inner diameter to ensure proper fit and function.
