The shell's surface curvature promotes reduced friction during impact, allowing energy to deflect effectively and minimizing the transfer of force to the rider’s head, neck, and spinal column. The helmet is equipped with the A-Head Fitment System, enabling easy adjustments to the helmet’s angle and height for an optimal, personalized fit, ensuring stability and comfort during intense riding sessions. The Supertech M10 offers exceptional ventilation through 28 individual ports—18 intake and 10 exhaust—excluding the eye port—allowing for maximum airflow to keep riders cool and dry even during extended use. The shell construction utilizes cutting-edge molding technology with a multi-composite approach: a high-density 3K carbon outer layer enhances strength and energy dissipation, a uni-directional carbon composite layer provides radial strength to prevent compression, and an aramid fiber layer adds critical penetration resistance. Bonded with epoxy resin, this multilayer shell ensures optimal strength and energy management, spreading impact forces across the EPS liner for better absorption. The helmet’s chin bar is thoughtfully sculpted with a relief section to clear the collarbone, and a softer EPS liner extends beyond the shell, covered with a flexible rubber compound designed to reduce collarbone injury risk. The inclusion of the MIPS® Multi-directional Impact Protection System offers enhanced rotational impact protection, reducing the rotational forces transferred to the brain during oblique impacts. Removable side pads made from semi-soft polymer provide additional impact spread and comfort, while the Emergency Release System (ERS) facilitates safe helmet removal after a crash. An emergency visor release and visor extension protect from roost and sun glare, complemented by the Eject helmet removal system for quick extraction in emergencies.
