Constructed with advanced multi-composite shell technology, the Supertech M10 features a high-density 3K carbon outer layer for superior strength and energy dissipation, a uni-directional carbon composite layer for radial reinforcement, and an aramid fiber layer for critical penetration resistance. These layers are bonded with an epoxy resin that maximizes overall strength and energy management, ensuring the helmet can withstand substantial impacts. The shell’s limited deflection allows for better distribution and absorption of impact energy by the multi-density EPS liner, further enhancing safety.
The helmet's ventilation system includes 28 individual ports—18 intake and 10 exhaust—delivering optimal airflow to keep riders cool during intense rides. The A-Head Fitment System allows for precise adjustment of the helmet’s angle and height, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit. Additionally, the chin bar is specifically sculpted to provide clearance for the collarbone, with a softer EPS liner and flexible rubber covering to reduce the risk of collarbone injury. The helmet incorporates MIPS® technology, which provides multi-directional impact protection by allowing the helmet to slide relative to the head during angular impacts, significantly reducing rotational forces.
