The Alpinestars Supertech M10 Helmet is engineered for high-performance motorsport safety, combining advanced materials with aerodynamic design to provide superior protection and comfort. Its streamlined profile minimizes external channels, reducing potential impact points and enhancing overall structural integrity. The surface curvature is optimized for impact deflection, allowing energy to transfer efficiently away from the rider’s head, neck, and spine. Equipped with the A-Head Fitment System, this helmet allows quick and precise adjustments of the angle and height, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit for different head shapes and riding styles.
Constructed with a multi-composite shell utilizing 3K Carbon for high-density strength, uni-directional carbon for radial reinforcement, and Aramid fiber for penetration resistance, the shell offers exceptional durability and energy dissipation. Epoxy resin bonding enhances the shell's overall strength, enabling limited deflection and spreading impact forces across the helmet’s structure. The shell’s design is complemented by a multi-density EPS liner, which absorbs impact forces efficiently, providing maximal protection. The helmet’s chin bar is sculpted to clear the collarbone, with a softer EPS liner extending beyond the shell and covered by a flexible rubber compound, reducing the risk of collarbone injury.
The Supertech M10 is ultra-ventilated, featuring 28 intake and exhaust ports—18 intakes and 10 exhausts—ensuring optimal airflow to keep the rider cool during intense activity. The helmet includes the MIPS® Multi-directional Impact Protection System, which reduces rotational forces during impact, enhancing safety. Removable side pads made from semi-soft polymer distribute impact energy over a larger contact area, further improving impact mitigation. Additional protective features include an Emergency Release System (ERS) for quick helmet removal, an emergency visor release, visor extension for sun and roost protection, and an eject helmet removal system for added safety and convenience.
