The S&S CYCLE Part Number 320-0360 flywheel assembly is designed for 96", 103", and 106" big bore engines with 110" or 117" inch S&S or stock pistons. This fully assembled unit features premium quality S&S® heavy-duty 7.659" connecting rods with full width wrist pin ends, ensuring durability and high performance. The assembly is dynamically balanced and trued to less than .0005" runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, allowing for higher RPM capabilities and compatibility with gear drive cams. CNC machined from heat-treated, closed die steel forgings, these flywheels are 114% stronger than late-style stock steel flywheels, providing increased strength and reliability for demanding applications. The only joints are where the 1.671" diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels, with the pinion and sprocket shafts forged as part of the flywheel for added strength.
