The S&S Cycle Flywheel Assembly (Part 320-0354) is designed for 96, 103, and 106-inch big bore engines, as well as 110 and 117-inch engines equipped with stock or S&S pistons. Fully assembled, this flywheel features premium quality S&S heavy-duty 7.659-inch connecting rods with full-width wrist pin ends, ensuring durability and high-performance operation. These components are dynamically balanced and trued to less than 0.0005 inches runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, making them capable of higher RPMs and fully compatible with gear drive cams. Constructed from CNC-machined, heat-treated, closed-die steel forgings, these flywheels are 114% stronger than late-style stock steel flywheels, providing increased strength and reliability for demanding applications. The assembly's joints are limited to where the 1.671-inch diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels, with pinion and sprocket shafts forged as part of the flywheel itself. Proudly made in the USA, this flywheel assembly is engineered for precision, durability, and performance in Twin Cam engines from 1999 to 2006, excluding the '06 Dyna model. Whether upgrading your engine or replacing worn components, this assembly offers a robust solution for high-performance Harley-Davidson applications.
