The S&S CYCLE 4.125-inch bore crankcase (Part 310-0856) is designed as a robust foundation for custom engine builds or replacement applications for T111, T124, and T143 models. Crafted from superior 356-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, this crankcase features thicker wall sections for increased strength while maintaining a stock appearance. Its tough powder coat finish not only enhances durability but also provides corrosion resistance for long-lasting performance. The reinforced front motor mount adds extra strength to withstand demanding conditions, making it suitable for high-performance applications. Equipped with a Timken® sprocket shaft bearing, it offers reliable support for the most challenging riding environments, ensuring longevity and smooth operation. The crankcase is clearanced to accommodate strokes up to 4-3/16 inches and camshafts with up to 0.720-inch lift, providing flexibility for various custom builds. It includes a pinion and Timken® bearing, and comes with studs and cam bearings pre-installed for ease of assembly. The specially machined design supports new S&S oil line installation kits sold separately, and a Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) is included to facilitate registration and compliance.
