The S&S CYCLE 91-7210 3.500-inch bore cylinder is designed specifically for 80-inch or 89-inch Big Twin engines equipped with stock, S&S® Performance, or Super Stock® heads. Crafted from thicker castings with larger cooling fins, this cylinder offers enhanced durability and superior heat dissipation compared to stock components. The bore is machined slightly under the standard size and is not honed, ensuring a precise fit and optimal performance. Featuring a cast iron liner, this cylinder provides excellent wear resistance and longevity, making it a reliable choice for high-performance applications. It includes dowel pins for easy installation and is made in the USA, adhering to high manufacturing standards. Super Stock® pistons compatible with 80-inch engines can be installed with stock 80-inch flywheels without the need for rebalancing, simplifying the upgrade process.
