Independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and cam chest enhance oil flow and filtration, supplemented by debris screens in both pickups to prevent contaminants from entering the oil pump. An integrated magnet in the cam chest further protects against debris, contributing to the longevity of your engine. The increased oil flow capacity on both feed and scavenge sides ensures optimal lubrication during high-performance operation. The kit includes an adjustable pressure relief valve that can be fine-tuned with the unit installed, providing precise control over oil pressure. Quickee pushrods, S&S premium tappets, and hard-anodized, black-coated tappet cuffs made of billet aluminum ensure reliable valve operation and durability. The S&S 550 cams are tailored for big bore applications, working seamlessly with valve springs rated for lifts up to 0.605". These high-performance springs feature a conical single wire design for consistent pressure and longevity. Included are essential gaskets—exhaust, cylinder base, and head gaskets—to facilitate proper sealing during installation. Crafted in the USA, this kit is not compatible with 121" CVO or trike models.
