This kit increases engine displacement from 114"/117" to 132" by utilizing a 4.5" stroke, fitting seamlessly into your existing setup. The kit features 4.32" bore cylinders with a high compression ratio of 11.0:1, forged pistons, and a comprehensive set of components aimed at delivering reliable power and durability. The inclusion of the S&S oil pump and cam plate, finished in durable blue anodize, ensures efficient lubrication and oil flow. Passage plugs are removable for servicing, and independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and cam chest facilitate maintenance. Debris screens in both scavenge pickups and a magnet in the cam chest help prevent contaminants from entering the oil pump, prolonging engine life. The design offers increased oil flow capacity on both feed and scavenge sides, contributing to optimal cooling and lubrication during high-performance operation. Adjustable pressure relief valves provide customization of oil pressure, even with the unit installed in the engine. The kit also includes quickee pushrods, premium S&S tappets, and black-coated, hard-anodized billet aluminum tappet cuffs for durability. S&S 550 cams, specifically engineered for big bore applications, work with valve springs up to 0.605" lift, utilizing high-performance conical single-wire springs for reliable operation. Gasket sets for the exhaust, cylinder base, and cylinder head are included to ensure proper sealing. Made in the USA, this power pack is ideal for performance enthusiasts seeking increased displacement and power. Note: Not compatible with 121" CVO models or any trike applications.
