The outer tube, made from 7010-T73 aluminum, offers outstanding resistance to mechanical damage and is anodized to prevent corrosion, ensuring longevity in demanding riding conditions. The inner tube, crafted from ultra-high strength 7010-T6 aluminum and hard anodized, provides enhanced resistance to wear from twist grips and controls, maintaining its integrity over time. Rubber seals are fitted at the ends of the outer tube to keep water, dirt, and cleaning fluids out, protecting internal components and preserving performance. Laser marking in the center of the handlebar allows for precise positioning, aiding in accurate installation and adjustments.
