The RENTHAL Twinwall® Handlebar offers superior durability and performance for motocross and off-road riders. Constructed with a twinwall design, it features two aluminum alloy tubes—an outer tube made from 7010-T73 aluminum with exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and anodized for corrosion protection, and an inner tube crafted from ultra-high strength 7010-T6 aluminum, hard anodized to resist wear from twist grips and controls. This combination provides a lightweight yet robust handlebar solution that can withstand demanding riding conditions. Rubber seals cover the ends of the outer tube, preventing water, mud, and cleaning fluids from entering the handlebar, thereby maintaining integrity during intense riding sessions. The laser marking in the middle of the handlebar ensures precise positioning for easy installation and alignment. Each handlebar includes an injection-molded foam bar pad, offering enhanced protection and increased durability for riders during falls or impacts.
