Constructed with a twinwall design, it features two aluminum alloy tubes—an outer tube made from durable 7010-T73 aluminum with exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion due to anodization, and an inner tube crafted from ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum that is hard anodized to withstand wear from twist grips and controls. This combination provides a robust yet lightweight handlebar ideal for demanding riding conditions. Rubber seals at the ends of the outer tube ensure water and cleaning fluids stay out, maintaining the integrity of the handlebar over time. The laser-etched marking in the center guarantees precise positioning for optimal control and rider confidence. Additionally, each handlebar includes an injection-molded foam bar pad, offering enhanced protection and increased durability during impacts and falls.
