The RENTHAL Twinwall® Handlebar model 998 is designed to deliver exceptional durability and performance for Reed and Windham motorcycles. Crafted with twinwall construction, it features two aluminum alloy tubes, with the outer tube made from 7010-T73 aluminum for outstanding resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion due to its anodized finish. The inner tube, made from ultra high strength 7010-T6 aluminum and hard anodized, provides increased wear resistance at twist grips and control points, ensuring long-lasting reliability in demanding riding conditions. Rubber seals at the ends of the outer tube prevent water and cleaning fluids from entering, maintaining the handlebar’s integrity and performance over time. Laser markings in the middle of the handlebar facilitate precise positioning during installation, enhancing setup accuracy. Each handlebar includes an injection molded foam bar pad that offers improved protection and durability, making it suitable for aggressive riding styles and off-road use. Designed to fit model-specific 1-1/8 inch bar mounts, this handlebar is compatible with bikes originally equipped with 7/8 inch bars, ensuring a secure and proper fit.
