The ProTaper KTM 4-Stroke Models Twister Throttle Assembly is a direct-replacement throttle assembly built from anodized billet aluminum, covering a wide range of KTM 4-stroke models from 2000 through 2022 as well as 2014-2016 Husqvarna FC and FE models. A sealed radial ball bearing paired with a polymer bushing keeps throttle action consistent and smooth, while a knurled grip mounting area locks your grip in place. The assembly ships with a free insert for ProTaper bars and is the same unit trusted by top-level pro teams and riders.

This assembly replaces your entire throttle tube and is compatible with all ProTaper handlebars and Renthal 7/8 in. handlebars using the standard bearing insert. A crud plug protects the bearing from grip glue contamination, and the sealed ball bearing at the outboard end combined with a nylon sleeve bearing at the inboard end work together to eliminate friction throughout the throttle's range of motion.
