ProTaper KTM/Husqvarna Twister Assembly (025073)

The ProTaper KTM/Husqvarna Twister Assembly is a complete throttle assembly built from anodized billet aluminum, designed as a direct replacement for a wide range of KTM and Husqvarna models spanning 2015 through 2024. A sealed radial ball bearing combined with a polymer bushing keeps throttle action smooth and consistent, while a knurled grip mounting surface locks the grip firmly in place. A crud plug protects the bearing from grip glue contamination, and every assembly ships with a free insert compatible with all ProTaper handlebars.

This assembly works with all ProTaper handlebars and Renthal 7/8 in. handlebars using the standard bearing insert, so bar compatibility is worth factoring in before installation. The sealed bearing handles friction reduction at the outboard end while a nylon sleeve bearing supports the inboard end, giving you two points of smooth rotation without relying on grease-dependent surfaces.
