ProTaper Honda 4-Stroke Models Twister Throttle Assembly

The ProTaper Honda 4-Stroke Models Twister Throttle Assembly is a direct-replacement throttle assembly built from anodized billet aluminum and designed for a wide range of Honda CRF four-stroke models spanning 2002 through 2026. A sealed radial ball bearing pairs with a polymer bushing to keep throttle action smooth and consistent, while a knurled grip-mounting surface locks the grip in place. The assembly ships with a free insert for ProTaper handlebars and is also compatible with Renthal 7/8 in. handlebars using the standard bearing insert.

A crud plug is built in to keep grip glue out of the bearing, protecting smooth operation over time. The assembly replaces the stock throttle tube and works with all ProTaper handlebars as well as Renthal 7/8 in. bars with the standard bearing insert.
