The ProTaper KTM/Husqvarna Twister Assembly is a complete throttle tube assembly built from anodized billet aluminum, covering a wide range of KTM and Husqvarna two-stroke and off-road models spanning 2017-2026. A sealed radial ball bearing pairs with a polymer bushing to keep throttle action smooth and consistent, while a knurled grip mounting area locks your grip in place without slipping. A crud plug prevents grip glue from contaminating the bearing, and the assembly ships with a free insert for ProTaper handlebars.
This assembly replaces the stock throttle tube on compatible KTM and Husqvarna machines and works with all ProTaper handlebars as well as Renthal 7/8 in. handlebars using the standard bearing insert. The sealed ball bearing at the outboard end and nylon sleeve bearing at the inboard end work together to reduce friction across the full range of throttle motion.
