A high-resolution studio product photograph of the ProTaper Twister Throttle Assembly engineered for Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Yamaha 4-stroke motocross models, set against a clean white background. Displayed at a studio perspective angle, the assembly is precision CNC-machined from lightweight, high-strength 6061-T6 billet aluminum with an anodized orange finish. It features an integrated sealed radial ball bearing at the outer handlebar end paired with an internal low-friction Teflon sleeve, eliminating friction and friction-induced arm pump while delivering consistent, ultra-smooth throttle operation. The tube incorporates an aggressive knurled exterior surface for maximum grip glue adhesion, a removable plastic end cap to allow easy installation of wrap-around handguards, and laser-etched ProTaper branding.

ProTaper Suzuki/Kawasaki/Yamaha 4-Stroke Models Twister Throttle Assembly

$79.99

The ProTaper Suzuki/Kawasaki/Yamaha 4-Stroke Models Twister Throttle Assembly is a complete throttle assembly built from anodized billet aluminum, covering a wide range of 4-stroke Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha models. A sealed radial ball bearing pairs with a polymer bushing to keep throttle action smooth and consistent, while a knurled grip mounting area locks the grip in place. ProTaper includes a free insert for all ProTaper bars, and the assembly also works with Renthal 7/8 in. handlebars using the standard bearing insert.

This assembly replaces the stock throttle tube on compatible 4-stroke machines. A crud plug protects the bearing from grip glue contamination, and the nylon sleeve bearing on the inboard end keeps the outboard sealed ball bearing running freely over time.
