Featuring a patented internal design, this handlebar allows complete wiring harnesses, including factory vinyl coverings and terminal connections, to pass through effortlessly without chafing. The innovative flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, providing extra clearance within the handlebar peak, simplifying wiring setup and reducing installation time. To further ease installation, the handlebar preloads with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, enabling quick and secure wiring passes by simply inserting the harness into the sleeve and pulling it through. Constructed with high-quality materials, this handlebar boasts smooth CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts, burr-free internal wiring holes, and slots for electronic throttle control, all finished with a high luster coating for an attractive, durable appearance.
