The MAGNUM SHIELDING 1-1/4 inch Viking Handlebar features a patented internal design that simplifies wiring harness installation without compromising the sleek appearance of your bike's peak. Its innovative construction provides ample space for a complete wiring harness, including factory vinyl coverings, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, allowing them to pass through effortlessly and preventing chafing. The unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, forming a generous pocket of clearance within the troublesome peak area, making wiring installations more straightforward and less time-consuming. To further ease installation, these handlebars come preloaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving. Simply insert your wiring harness into the sleeving and pull through; the process is quick and clean. Manufactured with high-quality materials, the handlebars feature smooth, round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts (not swaged), burr-free internal wiring holes, and electronic throttle control slots. The high luster finish provides an attractive, durable appearance that complements your bike's aesthetic. Designed with a 1-1/4 inch diameter, the handlebar includes 1 inch diameter center sections, 3-1/2 inch on-center knurling, and is compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches. Please note that these handlebars are not suitable for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models. They fit bikes with a 1-inch diameter riser, and models with larger original handlebar sizes will require riser modifications.
