The KFI Quick Plow Pulley is a purpose-built accessory designed to optimize your UTV plowing experience. Crafted specifically for use with the KFI UTV Plow System, this pulley enhances lift geometry when raising the blade and effectively manages cable angles during operation. Its design allows for controlled raising speed, resulting in smoother, more precise plowing. The pulley features a large 2-1/8 inch diameter steel wheel that provides smoother cable movement compared to standard 7/8 inch rollers, reducing wear and increasing durability. The multi-position wheel mounting offers fine-tuning capabilities to accommodate various applications and cable angles, ensuring optimal performance in different conditions. The curved cable groove prevents cable flattening, a common cause of premature cable failure, and eliminates kinking caused by small roller contact and abrupt angle changes. This pulley is designed exclusively for synthetic cables, providing a safe and reliable upgrade during plow season. It replaces standard winch fairleads, accommodating wide winches with a 6.60 inch bolt-up pattern (use part #106465) and standard-size winches with a 4.875 inch bolt-up pattern. The stationary aluminum wheel prevents pinching of synthetic cables, ensuring smooth operation and cable longevity. Compatible with UTV push tubes such as 106300, 106310, and 105635, this pulley is an essential component for maintaining efficient and safe plowing performance. For secure attachment, a 12 inch soft strap (#106470) is recommended to connect the winch hook back to the machine.
