The Fly Racing Formula CC Tektonic Helmet in Black, Red, and Orange offers advanced safety features combined with lightweight comfort, making it an ideal choice for motorcycle riders. Crafted with a tri-weave composite shell consisting of carbon fiber, DuPont™ Kevlar®, and fiberglass, this helmet provides superior impact resistance while remaining lightweight for extended wear. Its design incorporates an adaptive impact system, including Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON, which absorb both linear and rotational impacts, helping to reduce forces transmitted to the rider's brain and enhance overall protection.
Featuring Conehead® dual-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) technology, the helmet manages impact forces efficiently across six critical zones, providing a progressive response to both low and high-speed impacts. The expanded volume EPS in strategic areas offers increased impact absorption, creating more suspension between the rider's head and the road. The EPP chin bar adds additional impact mitigation, thanks to its superior damage resistance and energy-absorbing properties. A clavicle shell relief zone filled with EPS and EPP helps reduce clavicle injuries by providing a soft zone that absorbs impact forces effectively.
This helmet is equipped with a custom-molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard, lightweight visor screws, and stainless-steel D-rings for secure fastening. The comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads are made from washable, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial materials, ensuring a comfortable fit and easy maintenance. True Functional Ventilation (TFV) channels air through multiple intake vents, passing through EPS-aligned channels and exiting via rear exhaust vents, delivering continuous airflow during motion for enhanced comfort.
The package includes a soft fleece helmet bag for storage and transport. Optional accessories such as a cold weather breath box and liners are available for added comfort in colder conditions, with sizes ranging from XS to 2X.
