The ARAI HELMETS Quantum-X Helmet in diamond black features a carefully engineered wide oval shape, ideal for riders with slightly wider heads. The interior headliner combines thicker front and rear pads with thinner side pads, providing a comfortable and secure fit that enhances safety during high-speed rides. Designed for optimal comfort and performance, this helmet ensures a snug fit while maintaining excellent ventilation and airflow management.
Equipped with the Variable Axis System (VAS) shield system, the Quantum-X lowers the pivot point by an average of 24 mm, creating a smoother shell surface around the temple area. This design reduces impact energy transfer and improves glance-off ability, increasing rider safety. The VAS latch securely holds the shield closed to prevent accidental openings and allows for easy, intuitive operation, complemented by a de-mist function for clear visibility in all weather conditions.
The helmet features QVF three-position intake and QVR exhaust ducts, providing excellent airflow management to keep you cool and comfortable. The side vent continues to function as an exhaust even when the top duct’s shutter is closed, ensuring consistent ventilation. The FCS® cheek pads are contoured with multiple foam densities supported by a foam “spring,” offering a snug fit that blocks wind noise and makes helmet on-off easier. The water-repellent ES chin cover enhances the helmet's aerodynamic profile, smooths airflow, and reduces wind noise from below.
Constructed with the Peripherally Belted - Super Complex Laminate Construction (PB-SCLC) shell, this helmet combines multiple materials and advanced techniques to deliver a lightweight yet durable shell suitable for demanding riding conditions. The VAS-Max Vision (VAS-MV) shield accepts the VAS-MV Pinlock® lens, which is included along with Pinlock® 120 MaxVision™ for fog prevention. This combination ensures clear, wide visibility at all times, even in challenging weather.
