Equipped with the A-Head Fitment System, this helmet allows easy adjustment of the angle and height for a personalized and secure fit. The ultra-ventilated design incorporates 28 intake and exhaust ports—18 intakes and 10 exhausts—excluding the eye port—to ensure continuous airflow and effective heat dissipation. This extensive ventilation system keeps the rider cool and comfortable during intense rides, reducing fatigue and maintaining focus.
The shell of the Supertech M10 is crafted using advanced molding technology with a multi-composite construction. It combines a high-density 3K carbon outer layer for superior strength and energy dissipation, a uni-directional carbon composite layer that enhances radial strength and controls deflection, and an aramid fiber layer that provides critical penetration resistance. Epoxy resin bonding further improves the shell’s overall strength and energy management, ensuring that impact forces are spread over a wider area and absorbed effectively by the multi-density EPS liner. The sculpted chin bar features a relief section to clear the collarbone, accompanied by a softer EPS liner and flexible rubber covering to reduce collarbone injury risks.
Safety is prioritized with the inclusion of the MIPS® multi-directional impact protection system, which reduces rotational forces during impacts. Removable side pads made from semi-soft polymer increase the contact surface for impact energy distribution, while the Emergency Release System (ERS) facilitates quick helmet removal in emergencies. The helmet also features an emergency visor release and visor extension to protect against roost and sun glare, along with an eject helmet removal system for added safety and convenience.
