The Wiseco 84.50mm Piston Kit (Part Number: 675M08450) is engineered for high-performance Polaris 400 ATVs, delivering superior strength and durability. Crafted from high-silicon aluminum alloy, these forged pistons are designed to withstand the demanding conditions of trail riding and racing applications. The innovative forging process and piston skirt design maximize horsepower and torque, ensuring reliable power delivery during intense riding sessions. Each piston features forged rings, wrist pins, and circlips, which contribute to enhanced durability and consistent performance. The high-tech piston design promotes maximum compression ratios, enabling better fuel efficiency and power output. The titanium nitride-coated rings reduce friction, wear, and the risk of micro-welding, providing longer service life and sustained high performance. E-coating on the crown, ring grooves, and pin bore offers additional wear resistance and protection against detonation and galling, making these pistons suitable for high-stress environments. The GP Series pistons are designed with less external machining, which helps improve sealing within the bore for increased compression and power. Boost ports are removed to create a more predictable powerband and increased top-end pull, enhancing overall throttle response. Please note that cylinder sleeves are sold separately.
