The Vertex VTK23630B top end kit is designed for high performance KTM 2-stroke engines, featuring precision-engineered components to optimize power and durability. This comprehensive kit includes a high compression forged piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips, top end gaskets, and wrist pin bearing or cam chain where applicable, providing everything needed for a complete overhaul. The forged piston is made from 2618 aluminum, offering superior strength and durability, while the high compression design enhances torque and horsepower across the entire RPM range. The piston features new T-box forgings and DLC coated wrist pins, ensuring increased strength for demanding riding conditions. All pistons are heat-treated with a T-5 cycle for enhanced wear resistance and longevity.
