Crafted from thermoformed structured 3mm thick ABS plastic shells reinforced by an aluminum frame, the case offers a lightweight yet highly resilient enclosure suitable for various riding conditions. The sophisticated design features integrated carrying handles, protective corners with lashing options, and a co-locking closure system that ensures the lid remains securely fastened during vigorous rides. Thanks to its easy mounting system, the hard case can be quickly attached or detached from the luggage carrier by simply placing it on the mounting points and locking it in place, maintaining stability even under strong vibrations. The included Adventure-Rack is made from corrosion-protected 4mm thick aluminum alloy, featuring multiple lashing points and large contact surfaces for reliable luggage security. Its optimized shape and manufacturing process enhance stability, making it ideal for off-road use and long-distance touring. To facilitate seamless integration, the system includes an adapter kit for attaching DUSC side cases to the Adventure-Rack, along with a lock set for added security.
