The kit features a high-performance 4.320" bore cylinder with 11.0:1 forged pistons, ensuring durability and increased power output. The inclusion of an S&S oil pump and cam plate facilitates efficient oil circulation, while the removable passage plugs allow for easy servicing and maintenance. Independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and cam chest, along with debris screens in both pickups, contribute to reliable oil flow and debris prevention, extending engine life and performance. The integrated magnet in the cam chest further safeguards internal components from debris intrusion, protecting vital engine parts during operation. Designed with high-capacity oil flow on both feed and scavenge sides, this package ensures optimal lubrication during high-performance riding. The adjustable pressure relief valve offers tunability with the engine in place, enabling precise oil pressure management. Quickee pushrods with pushrod tubes and premium S&S tappets streamline installation and enhance durability. The black anodized, hard-coated tappet cuffs are billet aluminum, combining strength with a sleek appearance. The kit is compatible with stock and aftermarket valve springs, supporting cams up to 0.605" lift, and features high-performance conical single-wire valve springs suitable for aggressive cam profiles. The included HPT496 cam is specifically designed for big bore applications, optimizing airflow and power.
