The RK Chain Tool UCT2100(50) is a versatile and durable solution for maintaining and installing 50 series O-ring chain links. This comprehensive kit features a redesigned tool body with a locking component system that ensures components stay securely in place during operation, reducing the risk of dropping parts. The larger pressure bolt provides enhanced leverage, making it easier to press-fit tight tolerance 50 O-ring chain sideplates to the correct depth for both clip and rivet link installation. The tool's press-fit holder plate is reversible, allowing users to switch between clip and rivet plates quickly and efficiently, improving workflow and reducing setup time.
The redesigned sure-grip handle offers improved ergonomics for comfortable use during extended tasks, and laser-engraved part numbers facilitate quick identification of components. The rivet flare pin now includes a flare guard to prevent over-riveting, ensuring precise and consistent rivet installation. This tool can easily break 40 and 50 type chains, making it suitable for a variety of repair and assembly projects.
The kit also includes a special rivet pin designed for flaring RK’s rivet links, along with essential accessories such as a cutting pin, cutting pin holder, plate holder, tail pieces for cutting and riveting, and a flare pin for riveting. Please note that the tool cannot press-fit or rivet 530PRODR series chains and requires optional parts (sold separately) for rivet work on 420 and 428 type chains.
