Its unique twinwall construction features two aluminum alloy tubes, with the outer tube made from 7010-T73 aluminum, offering exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion thanks to its anodized finish. The inner tube is crafted from ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum and is hard anodized to endure wear from twist grips and controls, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding riding conditions. Rubber seals cover the ends of the outer tube to prevent water and cleaning fluids from entering, maintaining the integrity of the handlebar over time. The laser marking positioned in the middle of the handlebar allows for precise installation and alignment, aiding in quick setup and adjustments. Each handlebar includes an injection-molded foam bar pad that enhances rider protection and increases durability, making it suitable for aggressive riding and tough terrains. Please note, this handlebar requires model-specific 1-1/8 inch bar mounts for bikes originally equipped with 7/8 inch bars, ensuring a secure fit and optimal handling.
