ProTaper SE KX High Handlebar - Jet Black

The ProTaper SE KX High Handlebar - Jet Black is a 7/8 in. aluminum handlebar built from a proprietary 2000 series T6 aluminum alloy with a cold-forged aluminum crossbar and CNC-machined crossbar clamps. ProTaper puts each bar through a shot peened, stress-relieved, and anodized finishing process for lasting durability, and clutch-side knurling keeps the grip from walking. A crossbar pad is included, and plastic end plugs seal the bar ends while giving grip ends a solid base.

This bar has 53mm of rise, which lifts the grip area a moderate amount above the clamp and works well for riders who spend time standing on the pegs. The 73mm of sweep angles the grips back toward the rider for a more relaxed wrist position. At 800mm wide with 195mm of control area per side, it offers good leverage and enough straight section for levers and switches, and the width can be trimmed down if a narrower setup is needed.
