ProTaper SE ATV Mid Handlebar - Silver

The ProTaper SE ATV Mid Handlebar - Silver is a 7/8 in. aluminum handlebar built from ProTaper's proprietary 2000-series T6 aluminum alloy and rated at 70,000 psi, making it one of the more capable bars in the SE line. The crossbar is cold-forged aluminum, with CNC-machined 6061 aluminum clamps bonded using an aerospace-grade polymer. A shot-peened, stress-relieved, and anodized finish adds durability, while chemically applied graphics resist scratching and peeling. Knurling on the clutch side helps grips stay put, and plastic end plugs seal the bar ends and give grip ends a solid base to seat against.

This bar has 93mm of rise, which lifts the grip area well above the clamp and suits riders who prefer a more upright stance or spend time standing on the pegs. The 76mm of sweep angles the grips back toward the rider at a moderate amount, putting the wrists in a comfortable, relaxed position without feeling extreme in either direction. At 813mm wide it gives plenty of leverage, and the 206mm control area on each side leaves room to position levers and switches without crowding.
