The ProTaper SE ATV High Handlebar - Platinum Gray is a 7/8 in. aluminum handlebar built from a proprietary 2000 series T6 aluminum alloy rated at 70,000 psi, with a cold-forged aluminum crossbar and CNC-machined crossbar clamps bonded with an aerospace-grade polymer. The finish goes through shot peening, stress relief, and anodizing for lasting durability, and chemically applied graphics resist scratching and peeling. At 1.8 lbs. without the included crossbar pad, it is a solid choice for ATV riders who want firm, predictable handling feel.
With 104mm of rise, 100mm of sweep, and an 813mm width, the ATV High bend brings the grips up noticeably and angles them back toward the rider, a combination that works well for standing riders and those who prefer a more upright, relaxed wrist position. The 199mm control area gives a reasonable straight section for mounting levers and switches. Width can be trimmed down to suit narrower setups, but cannot be extended.
