ProTaper Pro Series Clamp-On Full Diamond Grips

The ProTaper Pro Series Clamp-On Full Diamond Grips in Black/Black are a clamp-on grip built around a durable polypropylene core, with an extra-supple, tacky compound bonded directly to that core to keep the grip from rotating or slipping. ProTaper increased the rubber thickness over their Race Cut traditional grips to reduce fatigue over long stints, and the tapered end locks the grip in place for a secure fit. These suit riders on 7/8 in. bars as well as oversize 1-1/8 in. bars, which taper to 7/8 in. at the ends.

The full diamond pattern cuts aggressively into the rubber surface, giving your hands a firm, positive bite into the grip, which is especially useful in rough or wet conditions where you need the most traction. Clamp-on grips secure with a clamp rather than glue and safety wire, so installation and removal are straightforward and do not require cutting the grip off. Each set ships with throttle cams, and the applications table covers which cam corresponds to each machine.
