The ProTaper Clamp-On Full Diamond Grips - Black/Dark Gray are a clamp-based grip set built around ProTaper's windowed clutch-side core, which reduces outer diameter and creates relief areas at the palm and fingertips to cut down on impact and vibration compared to solid-core designs. The grip surface is a tacky, supple compound molded directly to that core, while a firmer material is used at the flange and end cap to handle wear and crash contact. A low-profile CNC-machined aluminum clamp holds everything in place, so installation and removal are quick and do not require glue or safety wire.
The full diamond pattern delivers an aggressive, positive bite across the entire grip surface, giving you confident hold whether your hands are wet or dry. This is a clamp-on grip, which means it goes on with the included clamp hardware and comes off just as easily without cutting anything free. Each set ships with throttle cams, and the applications table covers which cam pairs with your machine.
